4+2= A Whole Lot of Crazy: Happy Birthday Matthew!!

Matthew turned one!! I can't believe it, where does the time go?? We had a house full of people in town on his birthday- my grandparents (his great) and my sister and her husband to help us celebrate; we had a big shindig planned for the day after his birthday, but the 2 year old had other plans. You see, Baxter has continued to have a bit of jealousy in regards to his brother and in an attempt to foil Matthew's birthday celebration, decided to contract Hand Foot and Mouth Disease. I'll go ahead and give him the benefit of the doubt and say he didn't intend to get the disease, but nonetheless, did. SO, we had to reschedule his birthday party to the following weekend and thankfully, all the family was still planning on being in town. Not wanting to shaft Matthew on the actual birthday, we decided to go ahead and celebrate and do the typical first birthday smash cake. Needless to say, he enjoyed himself immensely.
