She's A Character!

The other day I made Lorelai half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch. After taking it apart and eating one side of the sandwich, she informs me she is ready for a cookie. Since she hadn't actually finished her lunch I told her she couldn't have a cookie until she had done so. Her response to me was to pick up all the pieces of sandwich off her plate, hold them in her hands above her head, look down at her plate and exclaim, "I DID IT!" I had to tell her that just because she took the sandwich off her plate, didn't actually mean she had finished her lunch. It was quite funny though!
